The kids' play area was engaging and well-maintained.
Our experience was marred by rowdy guests disturbing our sleep late at night. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in felt cramped and was cold due to the heating not being turned on in advance. the layout was inconvenient as it required a walk across the street in bad weather to reach it from reception.

The facilities for kids are terrific, allowing parents to unwind in the high-quality bar while children enjoy the pool and play areas. the breakfast quality fell short. while the setup is appealing, the cooking lacked finesse, with items like sausages appearing pale and lacking character. the unsupervised soft play area raised concerns. more staff oversight would enhance safety and comfort.

Clonakilty vibes 🌊
The kids had such a jol at the play area—well kept and so much fun! Plus, the food was lekker and the staff were really friendly, made us feel at home. The location is pretty sharp too, close to the beach and shops.
Just had a bit of hassle with the changing room setup at the pool, was not the best for families.

We encountered significant noise disturbances from the busy reception area and rowdy guests in the corridors late at night, which disrupted our sleep. The room amenities could use an update, as many rooms felt outdated, and some lacked essential features like sufficient drawer space and adequate shower facilities for families. the advertised on-site pizza truck was a letdown, with minimal toppings that didn’t justify the price, while the hotel restaurant offered much better value. the prices felt high, especially considering the cleanliness and maintenance issues we faced.
